Stinger Stacker
Model 6500
The Stinger Stacker Model 6500 is a new, updated design. The Model 6500 is mounted on a specially designed LE Hay Loader Chassis from Crane Carrier, who have over half a century in off-road design (the Model 2500 is mounted on a customer supplied chassis). This off-road chassis was designed specifically for Stinger LTD, so you can bet it is built to perform efficiently in the hay fields.

We have made some improvements to our design here at Stinger to make the best bale handling equipment even better!  These updates provide for more efficient handling of all different sizes of bales.  The redesigned quarter turn allows for stacking some or all bales on edge or on the twine. Mid-engine mounting gives unequaled weight distribution and performance. The 1120 square inch tire foot print means less than 35 lbs. per square inch on the ground when fully loaded.New for 2009! The 305 hp. Cummins QSC 8.3 engine and the 6 speed Allison transmission make the 6500 the most productive machine in the industry with updated cooling capacity on all new 2009 machines The center mounted Ag cab with its fingertip electric over hydraulic controls and heavy duty AC are ideal. Operator fatigue is reduced and productivity is increased.

The Stinger Stacker Model 6500 is the premier bale handling machine in the market...PERIOD.  We at Stinger pride ourselves on manufacturing the best quality product and improving every day.  The Model 6500 is designed to efficiently handle 4x4, 3x4, 3x3, and round bales with little or no adjustments.  The wider lift arms and "under-slung" main lift cylinders allow for greater visibility and less obstruction out all windows for less operator strain.
The new "Gull-Wing" style doors that cover the engine compartment and air-intake cage with nearly 50 sq ft of intake screen allow improved access to daily service points continuing our commitment to a clean radiator and engine air intake system. The redesigned 1/4 Turn & letdown allows for stacking bales on the twines, even when handling 3x4 mid-size bales or on rough and uneven terrain. The stronger and more trouble free design also requires no physical adjustments to turn on or off, just flip the switch in the cab.  If needed, you can turn one bale and not the next. The new solid link tilt assembly with two electric over hydraulic controlled cylinders allow a smoother placement of the bale onto slide. All front end hydraulic cylinders now have larger CAT3 ball socket ends and grease zerks to reduce stress and wear put on cylinder pins. This design also lets you change bale sizes quickly by changing a few cylinder stops on the front end cylinders.
