| The new
cab is equipped with tilt/telescoping steering wheel adding to the
comfort of operators. We also have added a small training seat
on the left side of the operator. The new Air suspension seat
is one of the best on the market, manufactured by Sears Seating, who
is the standard of the Ag industry in other equipment like Hesston,
John Deere, and Case/New Holland. Add to that our new arm rest
console that keeps all your controls close at hand and moving with
you through rough fields to eliminate operator fatigue. |
We had our charge air
cooler integrated into our oversized radiator package above the
radiator core so not to block any air flow through the radiator. We
also use a remote mounted A/C condenser that does not add extra heat
or block access to radiator. We also installed an air hose reel
allowing for onboard air while keeping your tool box free of a
cumbersome air hose. |
| We added a wide
radius nose cap to our squeeze rail ends to prevent "impaling" a
bale on them. Our squeeze rails have been also been strengthened and
the cylinders resized to help eliminate bending while still
centering the bales properly on main slide. We also have redesigned
our stack frame bottom plate to improve stacking of mid-size bales.
The new five rail main slide reduces the number of spot welds that
can be "drag points" for wet bales, while maintaining concave dish
for round bales. Also new is wood or poly slide rail caps that help
the person who wants to handle even the wettest bales, even high
moisture balage. We have also reinforced the tail light mounts and
relocated rear work lights allow for better rear lighting. |
The lift arm & tilt
cylinder mounts have been redesigned to allow better placement of
cylinders and strengthening of the lift arm assembly. We have also
added replaceable graphite pivot bushings in tilt assembly pivots
similar to those used in the lift arm main pivot points. |
We use Hella lighting
including 2-wide angle flood lights, 4-micro flood work lights, and
2-"Euro Beam" long range spot lights allowing for the best all night
operation. We also use custom built, large 10" x 30" mirrors that
aid in field operation and making good straight stacks even while
working at night. |
