| The Stinger Stacker was designed with efficiency in mind.
The design is relatively the same as our Stinger Bale Transport,
but with an additional function built in. This machine can stack
the bales as well as transport them! For anyone that is in need
of extra hands around the field, this machine is for you! |
| |
| This machine can pick up, transport, and stack bales using
one machine and just one operator. With a Stinger Stacker, you can slide off bales to
load a semi or wrapper one minute and stack
bales in the hay shed the next. It virtually takes the place of
the more traditional two machine and two man operations. |

| The tilting action of
the front end provides for non-stop loading. |
Centering bales when
loading is not necessary. Squeeze rails align bales immediately
before stacking. |

| The Stinger Stacker will handle 8 bales at a time with
4x4's and up to 12 bales at a time when handling 3x3 or 3x4 bales.
Bales can be stacked on edge, on the twines, or a combination of the two. All Stinger models load with a tilting action that allows
non-stop pickup at 3 to 5 miles per hour. This tilting
action will not scuff the ground, pile sand, or push out
alfalfa like competitive machines. The
Stinger Stacker can be mounted on a customer's chassis or on the specially
designed LE Hay Loader Chassis from CCC. |

 |
| The spears are the standard equipment
on the front end. However, we do have a squeeze option
available for those operations where approaching bales from any
angle is required. The squeeze has the same tilting action as
the spears for non-stop loading. The squeeze arms can be
turned off, allowing you to insert and use spears if you wish.

| The Stinger Stacker is the
fastest
self-propelled stacking unit
you can buy. It simply can't be beat! Although conditions
vary with every operation, customers can expect to average (for 4x4's) around 75 bales per hour.
Some customers have stacked well over 125 bales per hour! One operator
has stacked nearly 165 bales per hour with 3x4 bales. |
