| The Cube-Line Bale Wrapper from Stinger Inc started
production in 2000. The model 4000 wrapper is designed to
provide an inexpensive storage alternative for dry hay & straw
as well as balage. |

| The huge 112" x 104" wrap chamber and remote
controls from the loader allow big bale producers to wrap more than 100 tons
per hour and keep costs down. Unlike other wrappers, the Cube-Line Bale
Wrapper will handle bales up to 8-foot long - 4x4 bales stacked 2-high
or 3x3/3x4 bales stacked 3-high - and it will also wrap round bales.
You don't have to make short bales to fit in this wrapper! |

| You can use 2 or 4 rolls of plastic to
continually wrap bales as they are fed into the machine. The speed control
allows you to put from 2 to 10 layers of plastic. If you wrap
individual bales, the Cube-Line wrapper can save you 60% to 75% in plastic
costs. You will save 30% - 50% when compared to wrapping bales
lengthwise. |

A Stinger drops a
load of bales to be loaded into the wrapper. The Stinger is
the ONLY machine that can unload bales in less than 5 seconds or stack
them for storage . |

Advanced Tension System
The Advanced Tension System provides a
consistent 55% stretch on the film allowing the
best possible seal. |
Film Overlap Control
The Cube-Line's hydraulic overlap control allows
you to adjust the amount of plastic overlap, you
decide just how much protection your bales need. |
Nylon Wear Bars
To prolong the life of your Bale Wrapper, we use
nylon wear bars at critical points. This
prevents pre-mature wear caused by metal to
metal contact. |
Hydraulic Brake Design
The unique hydraulic brake design allows the
bales to be packed tighter together than other
models. |
Treaded Hoop
The treaded hoop gives better traction to the
drive wheel providing you with consistent
performance. |
Heavy Duty Construction
The Bale Wrapper is constructed overall to
endure the challenges of field use, with
features such as a double reinforced hoop you
will be wrapping for years to come. |
Automatic Operation
The Cube-Line can easily be operated by one
person from the tractor cab which frees up man
power for other tasks. |
Set up & Towing
Unlike other wrapping systems, the Cube-Line's
adjustable tongue is located opposite the end
the bales are wrapped, making moving and
repositioning a simple task. |
